How Returns Work

Our 30-Day Guarantee: We want you to love your skin's results. If a product isn't the right fit for any reason, or if you received the wrong product, we're here to make it right. Returns are eligible within 30 days of receiving your order. A full refund will be issued. It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account. 

Product Condition: Items must be in new or gently used condition (at least half the product remaining).

Free US Returns: We provide free return shipping labels. In select cases, our team may issue a full refund without requiring you to ship the product back.

Safety & Hygiene First: Rest assured, returned products are never repackaged, recycled, or resold under any circumstances. Every return undergoes internal batch tracking and quality logging before being safely discarded.

Shipping

Orders will be delivered within 4 business days upon payment. Every order ships free. We ship to every state in USA. We currently do not ship internationally. You can keep track of your order by logging into your account or via the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. 

Order Cancellation or Change

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us with your order information. Although we will do our best to accommodate your request, it may not be possible to make changes once the order has been placed.
