If you use one of our products that you bought, and you don’t like it for some reason, it’s on us. All returns are free, and a label will be provided. In some cases, we may issue a refund without asking for the item to be sent back. Within 30 days of receipt, please contact us and state your order number. If you have an account with us, you can manage your own returns seamlessly by logging in, clicking on the order, and requesting return. Products must be returned in new or slightly used condition (less than half). Rest assured, we will not recycle a used product in any way. We will run every test, including formulation stability, ingredients' efficacy, and concentrations. This is to ensure that the batch corresponding to the batch number of the returned product is objectively perfect and that the only reason you are returning it is due to personal preferences and conditions, which are totally understandable. Once a return is received, it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to fully refund you.
Orders will be delivered within 3 business days upon payment. Every order ships free. We ship to every state in USA. We currently do not ship internationally. You can keep track of your order by logging into your account or via the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us with your order information. Although we will do our best to accommodate your request, it may not be possible to make changes once the order has been placed.

The payment for your order will be immediately charged to your credit card once it has been processed. You can easily remove a saved payment method by navigating to the "Manage Payment Methods" option in checkout. Then, find the desired payment method and click either "Edit" or "Remove."

If your payment has been declined, it's possible that your card issuer has prevented the transaction for reasons unknown to us.
