In the shadows of my mind,
where darkness reigns supreme,
I find solace in myself,
and the demons that haunt my dreams.
I am the storm and the calm,
the light and the darkness combined,
a creature of chaos and beauty,
a paradoxical design.
I love myself, in spite of it all,
the pain, the fear, the doubt,
for they are a part of me,
and cannot be cast out.
I embrace the darkness within,
for it is a part of my soul,
and I will not let it consume me,
or take away my control.
I am the master of my fate,
the captain of my ship,
and I will navigate the turbulent waters,
with the strength of my own grip.
I love myself, in all my forms,
the light and the shadow alike,
for they are both a part of me,
and I will not apologize.
So let the darkness rise,
and the shadows come to play,
for I am the ruler of my own world,
and I will never be led astray.
